The Ivanhoe Creek property comprises two non-contiguous claim blocks totalling 51 unpatented lode mining claims in the Ivanhoe Mining District, Elko County, Nevada, U.S.A.  Senator owns a 50% interest, net of a 3% NSR, in this property.  The other 50% has been earned by Kent Exploration Inc.  The claims total approximately 1,020 acres and are located directly north of Great Basin Gold's Ivanhoe project and 48 miles north-northwest of Elko, NV.

The Ivanhoe Creek property is situated along the Northern Nevada Rift (“NNR”), a Miocene-age structural zone that hosts several current and past producing mines, and one major development project.

The largest of these are Newmont’s Mule Canyon and Midas (Ken Snyder) mines, and Great Basin Gold's Hollister deposit that is currently in
development (over 2 million gold equivalent ounces).

A first phase drill program has been completed with Senator as operator.  Results have been inconclusive.

Seven placer claims have been staked over part of the Ivanhoe Creek property to cover a bentonite deposit of undetermined size.  Preliminary testing indicates a number of potential marketable uses.  More detailed testing is now underway both in an independent lab and with potential users of the bentonite.  If results are positive, a drilling program to determine size would be scheduled for late spring.  A drill permit has already been issued, contingent on receipt of a reclamation bond.
